These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Auto Response for Google Form ("the Add-on", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-on.

The service

Auto Response for Google Form is a Google Forms add-on that helps form owners configure AI-assisted email replies for Google Form submissions. The Add-on may help you select a recipient email field, generate editable reply instructions, preview sample replies, and send automatic email replies when you enable automation.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your Google Form, form questions, respondent notices, consent practices, and use of submitted data.
• You must use the Add-on only in compliance with applicable laws, Google policies, and your obligations to form respondents.
• You must review AI-generated prompts, sample answers, subject lines, and email replies before relying on them.
• You must not use the Add-on to send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful content, or messages that violate Google policies.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, Google Form, Apps Script project, and any API keys or provider configuration you use.

Google services

The Add-on works with Google Forms, Apps Script, Gmail or related Google services. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's applicable terms and policies. Google is not responsible for this Add-on.

The Add-on requests Google permissions only as needed to provide the features described on this website and in the Add-on interface.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for your situation, or unsuitable without review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated prompts, sample answers, subject lines, and email replies. The Add-on does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Privacy

Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Add-on, you acknowledge that the Add-on may access and process Google Form metadata, form submissions, settings, and email sending information as described there.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. Continued use of the Add-on after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Add-on.

Termination

You may stop using or uninstall the Add-on at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, applicable law, Google policies, or creates risk to users, Google services, or the Add-on.
